Levi & Ronni plan to make specialty vinegars at Taproot shared-use kitchen using apples they grow here on Lopez Island. We had a lot of fun today turning fresh local apples into delicious fresh apple cider that will soon be vinegar.
We did a test run at Taproot Kitchen’s new location on Dill Road. They do sell an abundance of fresh apples, pears and other fruits on their farm. Contact Taproot for more info.
